To register as Tawazun Safety, Security & Disaster Management City LLC - JAHEZIYA supplier, please submit the filled form. All Fields are mandatory and to be filled in order to complete your registration approval proccess. Please write NA (Not Applicable) if the queries are irrelevant to your company.

Tawazun Safety, Security & Disaster Management City LLC - JAHEZIYA reserves the right to approve or disapprove the registration request at their discretion

If the company is a member of a group, please give the name and address of Group Head Office.

3. Financial Record

The Bank Account details should be as per the bank records.

The Bank Account Name should match with the Company Trade/Commercial License or any other Certified License

4. Please enclose the following documents

  • Copy of Valid Trade License.
  • Copy of Valid POA (Power of Attorney).
  • Copy of VAT Registration/documentation (Eight reference).
  • Copy of ICV Certificate, if applicable.
  • Copy of Evidence-Financial Viability.
  • Copy of Evidence-Past Performance/experiences including the clients and markets served.
  • Copy of HSE Certificates- Please attach copy of HSEMS, HSE Certificate(s) and copy of HSE Manual(s). If your company is not certified yet, but is going through the certification process, if any, and approximate certification completion time. Does your HSE System meet the requirement of ISO 14000 Series/ OHSAS 18000 series of other internationally recognized HSE system? (Please attach a letter from the Agency confirming the above).
  • Bank Account Details for Payment
  • Copy of other supporting documents
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Suppliers of goods and services to Tawazun Safety Security & Disaster Management City LLC - JAHEZIYA are required to:
  • Not accept any order for products and services without prior receipt of an Official Purchase Order, Contract or Letter of Intent.
  • Ensure that the invoice submitted to the Tawazun Safety Security & Disaster Management City LLC - JAHEZIYA Accounts Payable clearly references the Purchase Order and delivery details (copy of delivery note) if not Tawazun Safety Security & Disaster Management City LLC - JAHEZIYA reserves the right to hold or return to Supplier any invoices.
