Jaheziya believes that customers consider more than quality of services when choosing a brand and many are prioritizing corporate social responsibility (CSR), and those entities proven to be accountable for effecting a social change with their business beliefs, practices and profits.
Jaheziya's CSRs are initiatives to assess and take responsibility to ensure a positive effeect on environmental and social wellbeing.
Emiratization
Jaheziya is fully committed to Abu Dhabi Government's initiative of Emiratization to recruit and retain quality Emiratis and to meet the Nationalization targets set by the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources.
Jaheziya's Emiratization initiative continues to evolve to meet the growing needs of the company and its national workforce. In recent years the focus has progressed simply from recruiting UAE nationals to developing them as professionals, capable of performing their duties at the highest standards.
